This terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website https://www.wilsonsvapes.com (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site, as these will apply to your use of our site. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

You do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site.

All our products are covered by a 30 day guarantee.

If the product is unopened and unused then a full refund within that first 30 days can be offered.

For all opened items that have a fault please log the fault on our contacts page, these items will be eligible for return(at our cost) and once the fault is verified a replacement item will be issued to you free of charge.

Any items that have been used are not eligible for a money back guarantee, all used items will only be replaced like for like once a fault can be verified.

I have an effective age verification process that satisfies due diligence as described in the Business Companion guide for online age verification checks and I will not sell to persons that are under 18 years old.

Please note if your transaction is completed outside of pay pal (i.e debit card or credit card) I will require proof of age before the item is shipped. Thank you

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be made using PayPal (or other secured merchant services providers).
